To explain the pictures: Clockwise:
Me on the bed early on in labour, well Chrissy wasn;t using it! :)
Chrissy and Anika about 1 hour after she was born.

The bottom pic doesn't really capture the moment that well, Chrissy had just started hooking into the nitrous, She was pretty trippy it was funny, comparitively speaking she wasn't in that much pain at this earlier stage of labour hence the smile :) That went away about an hour later :S
And off course I never breathed the Nitrous in while Christina wasn't using it, No way! Not me. I just held it for her, after all it would only make me feel giggly and light headed and funny, and who would want that ;)




Here She comes!!!
Chrissy started having contractions 1 bit after midnight Friday morning. She only woke me up at 3am (Yay for sleep!) Now we are parents! Anika FAITH Geldard (EDIT: I was tired, and we were considering Grace, and changed our minds) was born Friday night at 9:48pm, (8 pound 11 ounces, 54cm, a chubby bubby :) )
You do the math! That's a long time to feel uncomfort and pain! In true Chrissy style she just went about dealing with what she had to do (with some weak moments thrown in for good measure here and there!)
